Forest Park Cemetery charges a one-time opening and closing fee of $2195. This includes digging the burial site, funeral setup, and closing the burial site. Forest Park also charges a $1,500 fee for placement of the deceased body within a concrete box. This is a requirement of the state of Texas. Please note, a large amount of dirt/earth is added inside the concrete box as required by Islamic law. Forest Park Cemetery also offers payment plans to help cover these costs before the funeral. Checks that do not clear will be charged a $50 fee per incident 

The estimated cost for Funeral Services (Transportation & Ghusl) is between $2,000-$3,000.             Please contact ISGH directly for more information on their pricing for funeral services. Please         note, Fatima's Garden does not have any control over the pricing for funeral services offered by ISGH

Monthly payment is due on the 1st of each month. We provide a 5-day grace period for monthly payments. If we have not received your payment after the 5th of the month, a $10 daily charge will be added until payment is made

We understand that unexpected situations can occur in life. Please contact the management of Fatima's Garden and we will try our best to work with you on a solution. Depending on the situation, we may refund the payments you have made and ask that you revisit us when your financial situation has improved. Please note, this means that your reserved burial plot may be released to the public. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Fatima's Garden has a working relationship with the Islamic Society of Greater Houston(ISGH). Currently, ISGH is the only organization that provides transportation and ghusl services within the Houston area. For more information on the funeral services offered by ISGH, please view the following website: www.isghfuneralhome.org. ​

Once full payment is made, Fatima's Garden will add the purchaser as a "Registered Agent" to the burial plot. Additionally, the original burial plot deed will be transferred to the owner. Fatima's Garden will retain the rights to the burial plot. These measures have been taken to prevent purchasers from reselling burial plots for a profit. Additionally, this will prevent a purchaser from reselling a burial plot to a non-muslim, as Fatima's Garden is strictly for Muslims.
